Could you represent employers on our Pension Board?

We have two vacancies for Employer Representatives on the Avon Pension Fund Local Pension Board.

Location: Bath 
Commitment: 12 days a year + training

Role overview 

We are looking for volunteers to join the Pension Board as employer representatives. You will give the Fund’s employers a voice and join a group with diverse expertise to provide informed advice and guidance to Fund officers. You will help improve the Fund’s governance and administration functions and make recommendations to the Pensions Regulator and the LGPS Advisory Board.

Will I be paid?

The roles are voluntary, however expenses including travel and training will be paid.

Selection process 

Candidates will be assessed and selected by an independent panel of officers based on suitability and a discussion interview.
