We’re upgrading our online pension portal for members.

It’ll be more secure, easier to use, and will give members better access to their pension information - anytime, anywhere.

We’ve made it easier for them to make decisions about their pension, tell us about any changes and plan for the future.

My pension online will look a little different, but also has new features to help members:

  • Plan for their retirement

Our new retirement planner will help members to explore their options and plan ahead with confidence.

  • Look after their loved ones

Your employees can tell us who you'd like their pension to go to if they die.

  • Keep their details up to date

Members can tell us if they’ve moved house or changed their name, without having to call us.

  • Access important documents 

Current and previous annual pension statements will be available to view via their online account.

My pension online will be easier to use and provide members more information about their pension benefits. We’ll be developing the platform over time, so there are more improvements yet to come. 

Our new retirement planner is the star of the show, helping members to more accurately plan for the future.

It’ll allow members to:

  • Set their desired lifestyle at retirement
  • see how much income they'll need to live on once they stop working
  • explore when they might be able to stop working
  • compare this to how much pension they've already built up across all of their pensions with us
  • add any pensions they’ve built up in different schemes.

Members that currently have a my pension online account will need to securely re-register to the upgraded platform. It’ll take less than 3 minutes and we’ll contact those members directly with clear instructions, when the portal is live. 

They don’t need to do anything yet.
