We’ve launched a new online retirement estimates form

Our new online retirement estimates form is now live. 

You can request an estimate for ill-health, flexible, redundancy or efficiency retirements and employer-consented retirements.

The benefits of the new simplified estimates

  • Tailored to your needs: when you select the type of retirement, the form is tailored to your specific submission.
  • Digital upload: once complete, you save the leaver form and upload it to i-Connect, to send the information to Avon Pension Fund.
  • No need for paper forms: you can now complete all required information online.

An online form is available for each retirement process, making it clear which details are required for each estimate:

  • Flexible retirement
  • Retirement with employer consent
  • Ill-health retirement
  • Redundancy or efficiency retirement

All employers must use the online form. Any old forms will be rejected.

Use the new forms to apply for an estimate of pension benefits for an employee leaving the scheme.

Once you complete the form, you can save and upload it directly to i-Connect and the information will automatically be sent to Avon Pension Fund. This new process is more efficient, reduces risk, and eliminates the need for paper forms, aligning with our digital transformation goals and commitment to environmental awareness.
