Submitting Year End Data

Your March 2026 i-Connect submission must be provided before 30 April 2026.

We will use the i-Connect data submitted for the month of March as your year-end data for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. 

When you or your appointed Payroll Provider prepare the Year End return (March i-Connect submission) it is important that: 

• Year-to-date totals for Contributions and CARE pay figures are accurate.
• Full Time Equivalent final salary figures (for pre-2014 service) are accurate and include Market Supplement if applicable.
• Any Assumed Pensionable Pay has been calculated and returned using APP Return spreadsheet (XLSX, 10.4 KB).
• All active LGPS members as of 31 March are included in the return.
• You have reported any employees who have left the scheme during the Scheme Year.

The final submission deadline for March's contributions is 30 April 2026. Any late submissions after 30 April 2026 will incur a £250 fine per employer in line with our Pensions Administration Strategy Statement (PDF, 609.21KB).
